We booked a transfer from Tangier to Chefchaouen. The driver arrived on time both ways. We always felt safe and comfortable.

Dear Sirs: BOOKAWAY City REF: BW2896638 Dear Sirs: I am writing to express my dissatisfaction and discontent regarding the service contracted with you, specifically the reservation referenced above, which we had scheduled for December 27 from Chefchaouen to Tangier in Morocco, using a “SUVCar - 4 PAX Alliance Rana Vollageurs. ” Unfortunately, and in an inconsiderate manner, the assigned driver never contacted us beforehand nor arrived at the agreed-upon location and time on November 27 at 9:30 PM. This caused us significant inconvenience and forced us to find an alternative means of transportation at the last minute. Although we took the initiative to call the driver in the afternoon on the day of the trip and agreed on the meeting point, we waited for over an hour, desperately messaging him. He failed to respond promptly, and by the time he did reply, we had already contracted and taken a new, much more expensive form of transportation. This resulted in financial losses for us and further delays, as we arrived at our hotel—where we had a reservation—after midnight and paying an additional late check in fee. Since the service cost of €88. 31 was already paid, I am requesting an immediate refund of the corresponding amount and compensation for the damages caused. Additionally, I would like to know how long it will take for the refund and compensation to be processed and reflected on the credit card used to make the payment. I kindly ask that you respond promptly with a clear and concrete solution, as well as an explanation of what happened, since we trusted your service, and this situation has been a significant disappointment. I had an excellent trip! Punctuality professionality cleanliness safety space, respect of schedule. Driver was also totally excellent in all means : helpful as much as discrete. Totally EXCELLENT AND FLAWLESS

Excellent service. Rajid was a perfect driver and got us to the airport on time. Highly recommended!

Everything went as planned, the driver was very communicative and met me a little early upon request, and the drive was safe. We even stopped for a photo on the way. My only note is that it is a very old taxi car that could be a little cleaner given the price.
