Language and communication

Counter staff and drivers are able to communicate in English.

Finding your ride

• General pickup information: Travelers can easily locate their ride or driver as the drivers wear a company uniform and wait with a sign displaying the passengers' names. For pickups at Belgue Airport, the meeting point is at entrance number **2** of terminal **3**, situated to the left of the arrival hall via a stairway, where the driver will be holding a sign with the traveler's name.
• Pickup delay: For private airport pickups, the driver can wait up to **50 minutes** for passengers in case of any flight delays. Efforts will be made to contact the traveler if delays occur.

Baggage and special items

• Bicycles: Bicycles may be allowed on board; however, it's necessary to confirm the possibility of transporting a bicycle before making a booking. Typically, transporting a bicycle requires choosing a minivan. The fee for bringing a bicycle onboard is not specified.
• Motorbikes: Motorbikes cannot be brought on board.

Accessibility and assistance

• Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair users should note that while drivers can assist, the vehicles are not adapted for handicapped travelers.
• Traveler aid: Traveler aids or assistants for those with mobile or visual handicaps are included in the transfer price without any additional charge.

Booking and Amendments

• Name Changes: Name changes after booking approval are permitted. A fee for name changes may apply, and restrictions on how long before travel a name can be changed might also be in place. Please check specific conditions and fees.
• E-Tickets: Passengers do not need to print their tickets or confirmation emails.

Onboard Policies

Passengers are allowed to eat and drink on board.

Pet policies

Passengers can bring a pet on board for free, but pets must be kept in a cage.
