Finding your ride

• General pickup information: Travelers can easily locate their ride as the driver will be waiting with a sign displaying the passengers' name.
• Pickup delay: Travelers can meet their drivers or rides at designated areas depending on the airport. Specific locations include: - **Suvarnabhumi Airport**: Gate 3 - **Don Muang Airport**: Gate 12 for local flights and Gate 3 for international flights - **Utapao Airport**: Arrival hall - **Phuket Airport**: Gate 1 for local flights and Gates 3/4 for international flights Drivers will be waiting at the hotel lobby or specified gates, with car and driver details provided one day before the travel date. For private airport pickups, if the flight is delayed, the driver can wait for up to **2 hours** without any additional fee. Additional waiting policies or fees for shared airport pickups are not mentioned.

Baggage and special items

• Bicycles: Bicycles can be brought on board without an additional fee. However, for Toyota Commuter vehicles, a fee applies for transporting bicycles.
• Motorbikes: Motorbikes are not allowed on board.

Guide dogs are allowed to board and sit with visually impaired travelers.

Booking and Amendments
