Both the counter staff and drivers speak English, facilitating easy communication for travelers.

Finding your ride

• General pickup information: Travelers can easily locate their ride or driver as the driver will be waiting with a sign displaying the passengers' name. When picking up from an airport or terminal, the meeting point is generally within the arrival hall, though no specific gate number is designated.
• Pickup delay: For shared airport pickups, if a flight is delayed, passengers have the option to take the next bus or minivan. However, a fee equivalent to the full amount of the fare will be charged. For private airport pickups, the driver can wait between 30 minutes to 1 hour for passengers whose flights are delayed without any additional charges.

Accessibility and assistance

Guide dogs are not allowed.

Booking and Amendments

Passengers are required to print both their ticket and the confirmation email before boarding.
