Finding your ride
Travelers can easily locate their ride or driver as the driver will be waiting with a sign displaying the passenger's name. For pickups at airports or terminals, the specific arrival hall and gate number where travelers can meet their driver will be designated.
Baggage and special items
Bicycles:Bicycles can be brought on board without any additional fee. It is often necessary to book a minivan rather than a standard car and passengers are advised to inform the service provider in advance if they intend to bring a bicycle.
Motorbikes:Motorbikes are not allowed on board.
