The operator's counter staff can communicate in English, but the driver does not speak English.

Finding your ride

• General pickup information: Travelers can easily identify their ride as drivers wear a company uniform and vehicles are branded with company colors or names. Additionally, travelers can meet their drivers at the company counter or ticket office. For airport or terminal pickups, specific arrival hall and gate information will be available for where travelers can meet their ride or driver.
• Pickup delay: For shared airport pickups, if a flight is delayed, passengers can take the next available bus or minivan without any additional fee, provided there are seats available. For private airport pickups, in case of flight delays, specifics regarding the waiting period for the driver and any applicable fees were not provided.
