The bus was quite clean with spacious seats. Though our booking was double-sold, the driver handled it well and moved us to premium seats on the first floor, which was better since the air quality upstairs was poor. However, one big issue that we have sadly experienced on all South American long-distance buses is the lack of restroom breaks. The stops are mainly for new passengers, so very brief, and unannounced. Thus, most people use the onboard toilets, and the bus has a bad smell.
