Both counter staff and drivers are proficient in English, facilitating easy communication for travelers.

Finding your ride

• General pickup information: Travelers can easily locate their ride or driver as the driver will be in a company uniform, waiting with a sign displaying the passenger's name, and the vehicle will be clearly marked with the company's colors and name.
• Pickup delay: Travelers can meet their ride or driver at BKK Airport at gate 3, Don Mueang domestic gate 5, and international gate 12. For shared airport pickups, if the flight is delayed, the next bus or minivan cannot be taken. For private airport pickups, if the flight is delayed, the driver can wait for up to **3 hours** without any additional fee as long as the delay is communicated.

Baggage and special items

• Bicycles: Bicycles can be brought on board at no additional cost.
• Motorbikes: Motorbikes are not allowed on board.

Accessibility and assistance

• Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair access is available on vehicles at no charge.
• Guide dogs: Guide dogs can board and sit with a visually impaired traveler at no additional charge.

Booking and Amendments

• Name Changes: Name changes after booking approval are allowed without any amendment fee.
• E-Tickets: Passengers are not required to print their tickets or confirmation emails.

Onboard Policies

Passengers are allowed to eat and drink on board, except for alcohol.

Pet policies

Passengers can bring a pet on board, but there is a fee of 500 baht per pet. Pets must be kept in a cage during the journey.
