Both counter staff and drivers are proficient in English, helping facilitate smooth interactions.

Finding your ride

• General pickup information: Travelers can easily identify their ride or driver, as the driver will be wearing a company uniform and the vehicle will be branded with the company's colors and name. Additionally, travelers can head to the company counter or ticket office for assistance. For pickups at airports or terminals, the designated meeting point is the airport bus station.
• Pickup delay: For shared airport pickups: Passengers can take the next bus or minivan at no additional cost if their flight is delayed. For private airport pickups: Drivers will wait for passengers in case of flight delays.

Baggage and special items

• Bicycles: Bicycles cannot be brought on board.
• Motorbikes: Motorbikes are not allowed on board.

Accessibility and assistance

• Wheelchair accessibility: Vehicles are wheelchair accessible.
• Guide dogs: Guide dogs are not allowed.

Booking and Amendments

• Name Changes: Passengers can change their name after a booking has been approved without any amendment fee.
• E-Tickets: Passengers are required to print both their ticket and the confirmation email before traveling.
