Language and communication

Both the counter staff and the driver speak English, facilitating clear and straightforward communication for travelers.

Finding your ride

• General pickup information: Travelers can easily identify their ride or driver as the driver will be wearing a company uniform and waiting with a sign that displays the passenger's name. Additionally, the vehicle will feature the company's colors or name, and travelers can also locate their driver at the company's counter or ticket office. For those being picked up at an airport, domestic arrivals will meet their driver at the Arrivals gate, while international arrivals will find their ride at Column No. 10.
• Pickup delay: For shared airport pickups, passengers can board the next bus or minivan without any extra charge if their flight is delayed. It's important to verify that there are available seats on the next scheduled service.

Baggage and special items

• Bicycles: Bicycles are not allowed on board.
• Motorbikes: Motorbikes cannot be brought on board.

Booking and Amendments

• Name Changes: Name changes are permitted after a booking has been approved. There is no amendment fee for changing a name, and changes can be made anytime before travel.
• E-Tickets: Passengers do not need to print their tickets or confirmation emails.

Onboard Policies

Passengers are allowed to eat and drink on board.

Pet policies

Pets are allowed on board, but they must be small and kept in a cage. There is an additional fee for bringing a pet on board; please purchase a ticket for them.
