Trip itinerary: Antigua to Panajachel. Marvin (the driver) sent a WhatsApp message saying he was at the door of hotel 5 minutes before scheduled pick up time. He helped loading the luggage into the trunk. He was very courteous and pleasant during the entire trip. He asked a couple of times of we wanted to stop for coffee or bathroom break. His driving style was cautious and smooth. He even gave us tips non waht to visit during our stay at lake atitlan. When we arrived at Panajachel he helped us with carrying thr luggage to the docks to catch thr boat taxi. Excellent driver from beginning to end. Would highly recommend.

Easy and reliable. Was picked up late but they communicate with me and ensured everything was fine. Would definitely book with the same company next time.

I had a positive experience with Marvin the driver, process was smooth and seamless. Only downside was not a lot of information was relayed prior to departure but day of the were very responsive. Ride was timely, comfortable and smooth!
