English-speaking staff is available at the counter, however, drivers do not speak English.

Finding your ride

• General pickup information: Travelers can easily find their ride or driver as the driver will be in company uniform and the vehicle will be branded with the company’s colors and name. Additionally, assistance can be found at the company's counter or ticket all office. For those arriving from domestic flights, the meeting point is directly at the arrival gate. For international flights, travelers should head to the meeting point next to column no. 10, located on the 1st floor of terminal 2.
• Pickup delay: For shared airport pickups, passengers can take the next bus or minivan at no additional cost if their flight is delayed. For private airport pickups, the specific waiting time and potential fees applicable when a flight is delayed are not mentioned, thus this information cannot be provided.

Baggage and special items

• Bicycles: Bicycles are not allowed on board.
• Motorbikes: Motorbikes are not allowed on board.

Booking and Amendments

• Name Changes: Name changes are permitted after a booking has been approved. There is no amendment fee for changing the name, provided it is done at least 2 hours before the departure time.
