I noticed that neither of my SUVs for the rides from Danang to Hue and return did not have commercial license plates. Regardless, both drivers were very friendly, courteous, and facilitated the passengers' needs.

Très mécontente de cette compagnie. Nous avions réservé un trajet Hoi An à Hué avec un départ pour 10h30. A 9h20 on nous appelle pour embarquer, nous avons eu 10 minutes pour nous préparer, tout ça pour finalement nous débarquer à Da Nang et nous faire attendre jusqu'à 11h45 un autre véhicule (nous avons appelé la compagnie sinon je pense qu on attendrait toujours). Le chauffeur nous a largué littéralement à Hué, il n' a pas voulu aller jusqu'à notre point d arrivée. . . . Alors qu'il avait fait des détours pour tous les voyageurs vietnamiens. . . . En plus vraiment désagréable avec nous. Bref le pire trajet. A éviter absolument.

The Limo Minivan was really nice. It had charging ports and we were seated comfortably. The only thing off was we were picked up by a car first on our designated area then met up with the limo minivan on the border of Da Nang going to Huẽ. Overall the ride was smooth and enjoyable.

Perfectly on time, clear about the pickup and drop off point. Whatsapp avaiable. From Ba Na Hills to Hue we've done a change, from a car to a small bus (6 people Total). We didn't had to wait. Suggested

Moderne Fahrzeuge, pünktliche Abfahrt (sogar früher, weil alle Passagiere da waren), sehr gute Kommunikation per WhatsApp (Foto, Fahrzeugnummer, Details, Updates). Lasst Euch sicherheitshalber den Drop off Punkt schriftlich und zusätzlich zur Buchungsübersicht bestätigen.
