The ride was fine. But you have to take care that they pick you up even it was booked and confirmed. Better call them in the morning or e. g. agree the meeting point at their office.

We started right on time in Moshi but then had to change busses in Arusha and it took a long time to load whatever they were transporting. I feel like transportation of goods is their main thing and transportation of passengers just a side hustle. I get it the bus wasn’t very full which was good because otherwise there is not enough legroom for taller persons. I booked pick up and drop off. Pick up worked perfectly. Drop off in Nairobi not so much. The driver asked me if its fine to take a cab. Which was fine for me at some point because the traffic is mad and they decided to drop off the goods first before any passengers. I knew the ride is not just five hours as you also have to cross the border, in the end we took four hours more. Still I felt very safe and comfortable on this bus. And I am content as long as I arrived safely. Also driver and the other guy were really nice. Just bring some time and patience :)

The vehicle was very clean and comfortable. The pickup was exactly as stated and the drop off was at the requested hotel in or original booking. It was a pleasant trip and right on schedule.
