Finding your ride

• General pickup information: Travelers can easily locate their ride or driver as the driver will be waiting with a sign bearing the passengers' name. At Krabi Airport, travelers will find their driver at the meeting point at the main arrival door, also holding a sign with the supplier's name.
• Pickup delay: For shared airport pickups, if a flight is delayed, passengers are allowed to take the next available bus or minivan without any additional charge. For private airport pickups, drivers are not able to wait for passengers if their flight is delayed.

Baggage and special items

Motorbikes are not allowed on board.

Accessibility and assistance

• Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchairs are allowed on vehicles but must be foldable.
• Guide dogs: Guide dogs are not allowed.

Booking and Amendments

• Name Changes: Name changes are permitted after booking approval. To change a passenger's name, notification must be given at least 24 hours in advance.
• E-Tickets: Tickets and confirmation emails do not need to be printed; everything is accessible digitally.

Onboard Policies

Passengers are allowed to consume only soft drinks while on board.

Pet policies

Pets are not allowed.
