All was perfect. . .

Bus wasn’t super new but was pretty comfortable and well organised although communication could be a little better. Stopped for food around midnight, changed to a less comfortable bus at around 5. 30 (with 45min wait) and 9am ferry (again 45min wait). All in all was pretty smooth but would have been good to have a couple of things communicated to us; firstly take you bus ticket to counter at the food stop for a free meal voucher, secondly to be told what was happening when you get off each bus and how long you are likely to be waiting. Just had faith and all went well :)

Start to finish with book away is great. koh samui when you get dropped off before ferry don’t book with the woman at the desk 3x faster just getting a grab because you go with everyone else and it takes forever. 18 Hours from bangkok to Ko samui

Ride was comfortable and seats and legroom were spacious even when seats fully reclined. The attendant was able to communicate instructions in English so knew about rest stop and when to change bus to go to the ferry terminal.

Staff were lovely and spoke excellent English. The bus interior is well cared for but the vehicle's suspension needs attention.
