The 2 guides in the bus did a very good job . There help at the border was very appreciate.

Take around 8 or 9 hours to arrive ,after the boarder ,there is a huge traffic jam ,but everything is okay in the end .

On time departure, good service at the border. Big delay due to incredible traffic in Ho Chi Minh - 3.5 hours past the estimated time (which is not in the hands of the bus company). However, arrival times and travel length should definitely be adjusted to match reality... Plastic seats are just not comfortable for a longer seating.
