Language and communication

For those purchasing tickets, it’s worth noting that counter staff are able to assist you in English, although drivers may not speak English.

Finding your ride

Travelers can easily identify their ride or driver as the driver will be in a company uniform and the vehicle will be marked with company colors or the name of the company. Additionally, assistance can be found at the company counter or ticket office.

Baggage and special items

• Bicycles: Bicycles can be brought on board with an additional fee, which varies depending on the destination, weight, and width, starting from 250 baht.
• Motorbikes: Motorbikes can be brought on board for an additional fee of **1500**, but this option is not available on every bus.

Accessibility and assistance

• Wheelchair accessibility: Vehicles are wheelchair accessible.
• Guide dogs: Guide dogs are not allowed.

Booking and Amendments

• Name Changes: Name changes on bookings are allowed without a charge. However, the agency needs to be informed about the new name. If there are changes to the date and time, a fee of 40 baht will be charged.
• E-Tickets: Passengers are required to print their tickets but do not need to print the confirmation email.

Onboard Policies

Passengers are not allowed to eat on board during COVID times; however, drinking water is permitted.

Pet policies

Passengers can bring a small pet on board, but it must be kept in a cage. There is an additional fee of 300 for bringing a pet on board.
