Finding your ride
- General pickup information: Travelers can easily locate their ride or driver, as the vehicle is clearly marked with the company's branding and colors.
- Pickup delay: Travelers can meet their ride or driver at the specified arrival hall and gate number for airport pickups. If a flight is delayed, passengers opting for shared airport pickups can catch the next bus or minivan for an additional fee. For private pickups, the driver can wait for passengers if their flight is delayed.

Bicycles are allowed on board; however, there is an **additional fee** for this service.

- Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair access is not allowed.
