Finding your ride

Travelers can easily locate their ride or driver as the driver will be wearing a company uniform and the vehicle will be branded with the company's colors or name. Additionally, assistance can be found at the company counter or ticket office.

Booking and Amendments

• Name Changes: Name changes are not permitted after a booking has been approved. There is no amendment fee charged because name changes are not allowed.
• E-Tickets: Passengers are required to print both their ticket and the confirmation email.
