Finding your ride

Travelers can easily identify their ride or driver as the driver will be wearing a company uniform and the vehicle will be branded with the company's colors and name. Additionally, there is a designated meeting point marked by a blue flag. For airport or terminal pickups, the specific arrival hall and gate number will be provided for meeting the ride or driver.

Baggage and special items

• Bicycles: Bicycles are not permitted on board.
• Motorbikes: Motorbikes are not allowed on board.

Accessibility and assistance

• Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchairs are not allowed.
• Traveler aid: A traveler aid/assistant pays the same price as any other ticket.

Booking and Amendments

• Name Changes: Name changes are permitted after booking approval. A name change fee might be applicable, depending on the operator's specific policy.
• E-Tickets: Passengers are not required to print their tickets or confirmation emails.
