Finding your ride

• General pickup information: Travelers can easily locate their ride or driver as the driver will be wearing a company uniform and the vehicle will be branded with the company's colors and name. Additionally, travelers can head to the company's counter or ticket at the designated locations. For those picking up rides at airports or terminals, specifically at Surat Airport, the meeting point is at Gate 1 for shared transfers.
• Pickup delay: For shared airport pickups, passengers can board the next bus or minivan without any additional fee if their flight is delayed, provided they notify the staff at the counter on the same day. For private airport pickups, drivers can wait for passengers without additional charges, but it is necessary to inform the staff about the delay. In specific cases, such as between Surat and Donsak, there may be a fee of **1,000 baht** for private delays.

Baggage and special items

• Bicycles: Bicycles are not allowed on board.
• Motorbikes: Motorbikes are not allowed on board.

Accessibility and assistance

• Wheelchair accessibility: Vehicles are wheelchair accessible.
• Guide dogs: Guide dogs are not allowed on shared transfers but are permitted on private transfers.

Booking and Amendments

• Name Changes: Name changes after booking approval are permitted without a fee. However, it is necessary to inform the staff in advance to facilitate the change.
• E-Tickets: Passengers do not need to print their tickets or confirmation emails.

Onboard Policies
