Ferry was late leaving Padang bau poor communication. Bag damaged because it had just been chucked on the boat. Return boat cancelled due to weather no communication just got to the Gili air dock to be told no boats and not sure when they would be running left stranded. Now trying to fight for a refund for the return journey from this company and Bookaway / their communication from semaya one and book away non existent!

Worst ever experience Akajaya is way way better than this stupid Samaya, I took insurance too and quick cue service too but both the things are useless. They dont even give you the life jackets if something happens you are dead. I would request and email Indonesian government to ban these kinds of service providers who simply play with the lives of people. Also point to be noted that both Samaya and Akajaya fares are almost same no big difference.

Okay trip with good staff though he had his problems with some turist. He made a very good job.

Everything was fine

im very disappointed. I booked through this website and the next day when going to the boat they told us they had not received the booking from the website. We almost didn't get to hop on the ferry if it was not for 4 people not showing up. Next time, handle the information transfer better.

Cramped booking office and hot,, hot on trip but ok
