On the day of our planned train journey from Kandy to Ella, heavy rain prevented us from traveling by the panoramic train. The train was canceled. Book Way immediately provided us with alternative transport on another train, via . For over an hour of travel we had constant contact and support from the company, something amazing!!!!! We received ongoing information, new tickets according to the change of our train route, alternative transfers by Van. Something amazing, I am impressed!!!! In Europe this would be impossible. チケットは問題無く受取ることができました。出発駅と時間が当日変わったので、少し慌ただしかったです。 当日は大雨の影響で電車の運行がめちゃくちゃになっていて、乗る電車を間違えたり、目的地まで行かなかったりとハプニングの連続でした。その分、色々な方々に沢山助けられ、何とか夜中に目的地に到着することができ、今思うと貴重な経験をさせていただきました。 切符の手配などには問題ありませんでしたので、また機会があれば利用したいと思います。 よろしくお願いいたします。

Our train journey experience from Kandy to Ella. We booked our 2nd Class reserved seats over a month before our trip. I was susceptible about the process but received a WhatsApp message straightaway to confirm and establish communication contact. When I arrived in Kandy and made contact. My tickets were delivered to the hotel in the evening. Thanks to Bawantha. The reserved seats were perfect and we really enjoyed our train journey experience from Kandy to Ella. Bookaway service was both professional and efficient. Took away any worries I had. I would definitely recommend Bookaway and have done so to a couple of traveller already. Give them a go if you want a hustle free experience.

We originally booked the train at 12:40 from Kandy to Ella two minutes later we got a call from Thanveer from AKMT Holidays that the depature time changed to 10:43. He also sent us a screenshot with a new ticket, it was all a little bit fishy since we couldn't find the train on the timetable at Peradeniya railway station. Thanveer was very helpful an asured us that it is all correct and we should not worry. In the end it all worked out perfectly an we had a great ride with the train.
