Eslam was a great driver, driving safe and fast enough for us to come at time at the hotel! The trip from cairo to hurghada didn’t felt so long since we had great discussions about the mountains and other landscapes!

After confirming the reservation, they did not share the information of the bus departure location and did not tell us when we would be there. Afterwards, they made us miss the bus and sent us a get well soon message. We couldn't get on the bus we paid for as 16. 99€ × 2, and because of their irresponsibility, we couldn't use both the bus and our hotel. Disgrace!

The staff were friendly and helpful and the ride was as comfortable as a long ride could be. There is a small ticket office at the location you can wait at. The bus took around 15 hours not 10 but that was good if taking the 16. 00 bus as I arrived in Luxor at 7am. Thank you guys

Bookaway tuvo que devolver el dinero ante incumplimientos reiterados de StarBus (muchas veces nos cambio horario , mas de 6, y sitio de retiro ). . Start bus deja mucho que desear porque te mienten con los horairos. . 11 horas en rspera pasandonos de hora en hora el momento de salida . . no recomiendo a nadie. . Bookaway en 24 horas nos devolvio el dinero que Starbus no quiso (y nos hizo perder yodo el dia en una estacion de gas de la ruta, un desastre)

Very Cold cover yourself well for the overnight bus and not the most confort seats, I must admit (Cairo to Aswan)
