Très moderne rapide comfortabel et très bien organise super Beau voyage avec ce train

I didn’t get the ticket i have to take another ticket on the station because they told me they never see something like this is not a place to book the ticket and when i call the number to explain he act like he don’t understand what i’m saying so i think i just need my money back.

I booked, and after two days I heard nothing, I was on a timeline and so I cancelled, within hours of cancelling they claimed they had purchased the tickets, I was charged. I already had purchased alternate tickets. So I ended up paying for tickets from the service that were twice the price, a lesser class ands unused. The pricing is far hirer than the cost of the ticket and for a far worse class. Worse they do not perform within the time frame they claim and then refuse to cancel!! Avoid the service if you can!!!!

Please Return our Money. The train, you sold us the Tickets does Not exist. There is no Train from Dodoma to Dar es Salam at 10:50 am (at no day) and also no train, taking zwo hours for this ride
