Very very comfortable. My Spanish isn’t great and it was very easy when I arrived at the terminal to navigate around. The bus was super comfortable, it didn’t feel like a 5 Hour drive and I’m horrible on buses usually. Very nice that occasionally people came on the bus to sell soft drinks and food. I liked that added touch and all the food was very tasty.

Nice bus, we did not speak Spanish but everyone was helpful. Be aware that you pay extra for big luggage. Find out how much in advance. I think we overpayd. There was one transfer and everyone was very helpful. A good way to get from Cartagena to Santa Marta.

Siamo arrivati in anticipo rispetto all'autobus prenotato e ci hanno proposto un cambio gratuito per un autobus che è partito prima. I sedili sono molto comodi, reclinabili e con parecchio posto per le gambe. Il bagno era pulito a metà del percorso è stato ripulito da un addetto che ha svuotato il cestino delle immondizie. Presente un addetto che vende acqua e cibo locale. Esperienza positiva.
