  • Very poor service, charging for tickets even for children under two years old, causing me to miss my flight. No help with child support. I have four members including myself, my wife, a seven-year-old daughter, and a son under two years old. I booked three tickets through Bookaway at check-in. One ticket was missing, which was for a child under two years old. But the staff did not mediate or explain. They tried to make me buy an additional ticket for my child under two years old, causing me to miss the flight. Then I went to buy plane tickets at Babboo and they arranged our flight

  • Der Flug war günstig, aber da wir übersehen hatten, dass wir ein Gepäckstück jeweils dazu hätten auswählen müssen, war es dann okay aber nicht mehr so günstig. Der Flug an sich war gut und wir haben uns sicher gefühlt.
