Language and communication

The counter staff at the ticketing counters speak English, ensuring assistance is accessible for English-speaking passengers. However, drivers do not speak English.

Finding your ride

• General pickup information: Travelers can easily locate their ride or driver as vehicles are prominently branded with the company's colors and name. Additionally, assistance is available at the company counter or ticket office. For those arriving at an airport or terminal, the meeting points are as follows: for domestic flights, meet at column B2, and for international flights, at column 13.
• Pickup delay: For shared airport pickups, if the flight is delayed, passengers are not permitted to board the next bus or minivan. In the case of private airport pickups, the driver will wait for passengers if their flight is delayed, with a maximum waiting time of 30 minutes.

Baggage and special items

• Bicycles: You cannot bring a bicycle on board.
• Motorbikes: Motorbikes are not allowed on board.

Accessibility and assistance

• Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchairs are not allowed.
• Guide dogs: Guide dogs are not allowed.
