For pickups at airports or terminals, the specific meeting point is at column no.9 at the arrival gate on the 1st floor for both domestic and international flights.
- Pickup delay: For shared airport pickups, if the flight is delayed, passengers can take the next bus or minivan without any additional fee, subject to availability of seats. For private airport pickups, if delays occur, passengers need to verify directly whether drivers can wait and if any fees apply.

- Bicycles: Bicycles can be brought on board without an additional fee. However, for specific buses and storage availability, please check with the supplier.
- Motorbikes: Motorbikes are allowed on board, but there is an additional fee. Passengers should check with the supplier directly for specific details regarding the bus's storage capacity and the associated costs.

- Name Changes: Passenger's names can be changed after a booking has been approved at no extra cost, provided that the change is made at least 2 hours before departure.
