Overall a good experience ! The cabins were spacious and comfortable, maybe a bit short if you’re really tall but I think it’s standard for a sleeper bus. The bus was clean even though there was some trash left from previous passengers. There were two comfy blankets that smelled nice and seemed clean. The bus was on time, even early actually. The trip was 8 hours long and it made one stop after 3 hours. There are no toilets on board so be careful! If you have the choice I would recommend the top bunks as someone actually slept on the floor in between our cabins (and I’ve heard it’s pretty common) and it did make us a little uncomfortable to sleep right next to a stranger. We forgot a valuable item in the bus and even though it was a bit difficult to contact them at first, they managed to find it and will get it back to us! I would recommend, it’s definitely worth it for the price and really comfortable for a long trip !

A little cramped for a 6foot 2 person but managable

Was good. Not much room on the seats and also I’m nearly 60 and had to climb up onto a high seat which I wasn’t too happy about. Also we only stopped for a short while, and by the time you had a wee they were calling you again. The trip to Halong bay stopped for half hour and it was much shorter

Very comfortable ride in a very clean bus. Lots of space and privacy. Eating food is not allowed in the cabin. Only negative comment is: there was neither water nor toilet paper or water for washing hands in the bus toilet. But there was a stop at a rest area.

Great ride! Since I was late for booking so the company get me a private car to Lao Cai. The ride is ease and comfortable. Highly recommended!
