Finding your ride
- General pickup information: Travelers can easily find their ride or driver as the drivers are dressed in company uniforms and will be waiting with a sign displaying the passengers' names. Additionally, the vehicles are distinctly marked with company colors and names. When arriving at an airport or terminal, passengers should proceed to the exit of the arrival area to meet their driver who will be holding a sign with their names.
- Pickup delay: Shared airport pickups are not offered. For private airport pickups, if the flight is delayed, the driver can wait for passengers until the flight arrives.
Baggage and special items
- Bicycles: Bicycles can be brought on board with no additional fee, provided they fit inside or on top of the minivan.
- Motorbikes: Motorbikes are not allowed on board.
Accessibility and assistance
