Finding your ride

• General pickup information: To locate their ride or driver, travelers will find the driver holding a sign bearing their name. Additionally, vehicles can be identified by their branding, which includes the company's colors and name. For pickups at airports or terminals, there is a designated area for shared transfer vehicles either outside the airport or inside the bus/van terminal.
• Pickup delay: For shared airport pickups, passengers can take the next bus or minivan without any additional fee if their flight is delayed. Similarly, for private airport pickups, the driver will wait until the flight arrives, accommodating delays without any extra charges.

Baggage and special items

• Bicycles: Bicycles can be brought on board. For private transfers, there is no additional fee. For shared transfers, an additional fee is required, though the specific amount is not mentioned.
