Finding your ride

Additionally, travelers can head to the company counter or ticket office for assistance. For pickups at airports or terminals, the designated meeting point is the airport bus station.
• Pickup delay: For shared airport pickups: Passengers can take the next bus or minivan at no additional cost if their flight is delayed. For private airport pickups: Drivers will wait for passengers in case of flight delays.

Baggage and special items
