Truly amazing ambassadors for the people of the south balkans!! I took the bus from Split to Tirana. The ride itself was uncomfortable at best, but you should expect nothing less from a 12+ hour overnighter. Exhausted after the ride I left my wallet on the bus as we got off, quite literally realizing while I could still see the bus driving away. My first reaction was deep frustration as we were rushed off the bus within minutes (they initially closed the doors on my wife before she was even off), and this was despite taking a 30 minute coffee stop just ~20 KM from the destination most passengers were waiting all night to get off at. I had just restocked on cash, so I had a significant amount in my wallet, not to mention my credit cards and ID etc. I thought it was lost for good. We messaged the tour company and miraculously they both found and were honest about finding my wallet. We arranged a time 3 days later for pickup when the bus was again passing through my area and I got my wallet back WITH ALL MY EURO AND MY CARDS still inside. I still can’t believe it. They were even amazing with communicating where and when the bus would meet with me to ensure I wasn’t waiting too long at night in a less populated area. The smile on the drivers face when he returned my wallet was unforgettable too. It’s truly inspiring to find human kindness where you least expect it. -

Took the bus from Dubrovnik to Tirana. Everything went well. The only issue was that I couldn't connect to wifi. Punctual. Comfortable. Overall very good trip
