Finding your ride
- General pickup information: Travelers can find their ride or driver at the company counter or ticket office. If the pick up is at an airport or terminal, travelers can meet their ride or driver in the arrival hall and gate number specified.
- Pickup delay: For shared airport pickups, passengers whose flights are delayed can take the next available bus or minivan without any additional charge, provided there are seats available. For private airport pickups, if a flight is delayed, specific policies regarding wait times and potential fees were not provided.
Baggage and special items
- Bicycles: Bicycles can be brought on board at no extra charge if they fit in the bus's storage area.
- Motorbikes: Motorbikes are not allowed on board.
Booking and Amendments
- Name Changes: Passenger name changes after booking approval are allowed. There is no amendment fee for changing a name, and changes can be made at any time without incurring a new charge.
- E-Tickets: Tickets and confirmation emails do not need to be printed.
