Bus started in Time. But arrived nearly,2 Hours to late in Fes. My Seat went allways Backwards. Worn out Seats. . . Stops very short, just Time for Toilette. . . You need good Nerves!!!

We booked a first class train ride from Marrakech to Fes hoping for a relaxing, "cozy" journey—what we received was a six-hour ordeal of filth and frustration.

Our problems began with the booking process: despite paying in August, we only received our actual tickets the day before departure after badgering customer service. The reserved time slot was then ignored.

The supposed "first class" cabin was nothing like the pictures. We were crammed into a small compartment with eight people (seats for 8), passengers constantly shifting seats, and a compartment door that wouldn't latch.

However, the most shocking issue was the hygiene. The first class car had the single most disgusting toilet I have ever encountered. The door was broken, the toilet was unflushed and unusable due to a previous passenger's bowel movement, creating a truly sickening environment for the entire car.

The experience was so genuinely appalling and unacceptable that we immediately purchased expensive airline tickets for our return to Marrakech, refusing to subject ourselves to another six hours under those conditions. The advertised "luxury" was a lie; this was a shocking, low-class experience.

I would rate this experience lower than one star if it was possible!

Effective way to get from point A to point B. Be prepared for the buss to be very crowded. The seats were narrow and about 50% of them were loose. The buss was about 40 min late, but the man working at the bus stop was helpful. Also, the man working on the bus was kind and made sure we got off at our destination.

Booking process was straight-froward, finding our coach/seats were easy. The seats were comfortable. The toilet was a western toilet but the waste went onto the tracks. The toilet didn't flush nor was there any water to wash your hands or toilet paper. All in all would recommend.
