Situated 200 km west of Kathmandu is the city of Pokhara. This is the second largest city in Nepal and a hot spot for tourists. Most of the attractions are located near the lakeside area. You can go paddle boarding, paragliding, white water rafting. Pokhara offers many adventures within it's nature. If you want more of relaxing break, you can find many simply lounging by the lake. Pokhara is considered a relatively cheap place compared to other tourist towns in the area which makes it a popular city among travelers.
