This ferry and it's company is the least professional mode of transportation I have come across in the Philippines. 
The ferry is scheduled for 11:30, and when you buy online you are warned to arrive at least by 10:30 in order to "check in" so you don't lose your seat. 

This is just bullshit as the ferry will not start until they can get the boat as full as possible, which means waiting around 4 hours if you are one of the suckers who arrived on time. 

When the ones in charge told us we were going to be delayed, they blatantly lied saying it was due to weather when it was clear that they just wanted to fill the boat. 

The ride it self was awful, as the windows of the boat are in a deplorable state, people sitting on the sides inevitably get really wet. 

It's incredible that this options sits at 4. 2 stars in bookaway, given that all the reviews are similar to mine. 
Only use this ferry if you absolutely need to, but keep in mind that instead of arriving at 1pm to Bohol, you will arrive (if lucky) around 5pm.

We boarded hundreds of people and luggage with one boat. Same for deboarding. In total, the journey lasted 6 hours instead of 2.
