- Tickets can only be booked up to 30 days before your travel date.
- You will receive an e-ticket via WhatsApp from a operator.
- To get your boarding pass, you'll need to go to the Mobitel Reservation Counter at the railway station on the day of departure.
- Present your e-ticket and your passport at the counter for verification. The staff will issue your boarding pass.
- The boarding pass is required for travel.
- Please note that the boarding pass can only be collected on the day of departure.
