Our bus trip from Nairobi to Arusha was definitely 5 star, leaving at 4. 30am meant no traffic and smooth ride with lie back seats, wifi on the Tanzania side and easy transition over the border. However I booked on Kidia one but they changed it to Tahmeed. It was great though

Great service and understanding staff

The service was exceptional and professional. Kevin acknowledged us and made sure we understood what the expectations and policies were while traveling in our native language although that was not the main language of the destination. I highly recommend using this bus service.

The ride was fast and comfortable, the departure time was late by an hour, but was ok, we expected that.
