Finding your ride

Travelers can easily locate their ride or driver as the vehicles are branded with the company colors and name. Additionally, assistance can be found at the company's counter or ticket office.

Baggage and special items

Bicycles can be brought on board at no additional cost, provided they fit in the bus’s storage on the departure date.

Booking and Amendments

• Name Changes: Passenger name changes are permitted after a booking has been approved. There is no amendment fee for changing a name, provided the change is made at least 4 hours before the departure time.
• E-Tickets: Passengers are required to print their tickets prior to boarding, but there is no need to print the confirmation email.

Onboard Policies

Passengers are allowed to eat and drink on board.
