Language and communication

Both the counter staff and drivers are English-speaking to assist travelers effectively.

Finding your ride

• General pickup information: Travelers can easily locate their ride or driver as the vehicle is branded with the company’s colors and name, and it can be found at the company's counter or ticket office. For pick-ups at airports or terminals, travelers should head to the airport bus halt.
• Pickup delay: For shared airport pickups, if a flight is delayed, passengers may take the next bus or minivan for an additional charge at the new ticket price. For private airport pickups, drivers will wait for passengers if their flight is delayed.

Baggage and special items

• Bicycles: Bicycles are not allowed on board.
• Motorbikes: Motorbikes are not allowed on board.

Accessibility and assistance

• Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair-accessible vehicles are not allowed.
• Guide dogs: Guide dogs are not allowed.

Booking and Amendments

Passengers do not need to print their tickets or confirmation emails.
