We used Ride CR twice during our stay in Costa Rica: once for a transfer from La Fortuna to Manuel Antonio and once from Manuel Antonio to Alajuela. Both transfers were excellent. Our drivers were professional, friendly, punctual, and made us feel safe throughout the journeys. On our transfer from La Fortuna to Manuel Antonio, our driver even stopped at the famous crocodile bridge so we could see the crocodiles, which was a thoughtful gesture that we really appreciated. Our driver from Manuel Antonio to Alajuela was also very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous, making the trip comfortable and enjoyable. Thank you to the entire Ride CR team for providing such reliable and outstanding service. We would gladly use your services again and highly recommend you to anyone visiting Costa Rica.

Finding your ride

General pickup information: Travelers can identify their ride or driver by looking for the driver who is wearing a company uniform.
Pickup delay: For shared airport pickups, if your flight is delayed, you cannot take the next bus or minivan. For private airport pickups, the driver can wait for passengers if their flight is delayed.

Baggage and special items

Bicycles: Bicycles are not allowed on board.
Motorbikes: Motorbikes are not allowed on board.

Accessibility and assistance

Wheelchair access is not allowed.

Booking and Amendments

Name Changes: Name changes after booking approval are permitted. A fee may be applicable for this service; details of the fee are not provided.
E-Tickets: Passengers do not need to print their tickets or confirmation emails.

Onboard Policies

Passengers can eat and drink on board.

Pet policies

Pets are allowed only for private services and must be kept in a cage. There is no additional fee for bringing a pet on board.
