Starting out the ticket guy was rude and not helpful in ushering people to their seats. The ticket shows the seat number, but inside the bus, they're not numbered, so it wasn't clear where your seat was located. Several people were confused. Nevertheless, I enjoyed the ride from Chiang Mai to Bangkok and back, although it was a bit bumpy and unsteady at times. Riding solo, I was very happy to have a single side seat as opposed to sitting with another person. The bus made 3 stops coming and going. It was very much helpful and appreciated that the staff had written signs in English for break stops. Overall, I'd be happy to use them again.
