The bus was very comfortable. There was about 2 hours delay for our arrival from Sao Paulo to Londrina due to a problem with the air conditioner on the bus, they had a technician to repair the problem but obviously there was a bigger problem and we had to wait on the bus until they brought another bus which they should've done right away instead of wasting 2 hours of our time. As a foreigner tourists who don't know brazilian or understand we had no idea what's going on and no one speaks english to explain to us. The should have at least minimum some of their staff who can speak english to assist tourists.
