Driver was early and sent a text so that we knew. He was polite, friendly and an excellent driver. There was a problem on the the road - both lanes in our direction were blocked due to a rock slide so the traffic was backed up for miles as only one lane in each direction was allowed through. He warned us of this and said it could be 5 hours to get there instead of the 2 hr. 40 min. estimated. He was very patient and we arrived in about 4 hours. He helped us with our luggage then was on his way. We would definitely use them again.
