ADO Aeropuerto -Tickets and online bookings

Polite and very helpful staff. Cozy ride. Timely. Easy entry, ticketing, reservation. Will use again.

My experience was good overall. And my ride to Tulum airport was very smooth. I just wish that Bookaway would add somewhere in the details about a bus ticket that I needed to go to ADO customer service first to show them my phone ticket so they can scan it and print me a new one that I need to show to a bus driver, the screenshot online ticket won’t work for a driver. So I had to stay in line anyway to get my ticket printed. Maybe it’s not for every ADO ride but I wish for it to be said somewhere, thank you!

It’s always stressful when you don’t know an area or a company. I wouldn’t think twice about booking this again - inexpensive and nothing short of excellent.
