The driver arrived 10 minutes before the agreed time (top!). He made a stop for coffee or a toilet break and we arrived at our destination on time, gladly again!

We used this service for two journeys, one from Cartagena to Santa Marta and one from Tayrona to Cartagena. The drivers were very professional; both turned up 10-15 minutes early, provided bottles of water, and gave us the opportunity to stop for a bathroom break halfway through the journey. The cars were more than comfortable for a 4 hour trip. I would definitely recommend this service, it really takes a lot of the pain out of travelling!
