Language and communication
Both the counter staff and the driver can assist passengers in English, ensuring smooth communication for travelers.
Finding your ride
- General pickup information: Travelers can identify their ride or driver through distinctively marked vehicles with company branding and drivers in uniform. Additionally, a company counter or ticket office is available for assistance. There is no airport pick-up service available.
- Pickup delay: For shared airport pickups, if a flight is delayed, passengers can take the next bus or minivan at no additional cost, provided that they inform the service provider at least one day in advance. This policy also allows for transportation by ferry without any extra charges.

Motorbikes are not allowed on board.
